To act as an advisor or sub-advisor, existing advisor, distributor or sub-distributor of existing distributor, agent or sub-agent of existing agent and to provide financial / investment advice to both Indian and Foreign Investors and also provide reports to investors on monitoring and risk management of their current and/or proposed investment; and investors shall include without limitation, any individual, joint venture, company, corporation, partnership (whether limited or unlimited), proprietorship, trust or other enterprise (whether incorporated or not), Hindu Undivided Family, union, associates, Government (Central, State, quasi or otherwise), or any other agency, department or authority thereof and sydiciation or arrangement of loans or funds or security or guarantee to persons or entity or any concern by becoming an intermediary between various lending organizations, entity, business concerns and lenders or persons
